The builder is not the problem

Shrink the first version
Start with a homepage, one service section, proof, FAQ, and contact path. Skip the blog, animations, custom illustrations, and grand brand manifesto until the site is live.
A smaller live site beats a perfect imaginary one.
Use a deadline with a standard
A deadline without a quality standard creates panic. A quality standard without a deadline creates endless tinkering. You need both.
Define what must work, decide what can wait, then publish.
