Bring decisions, not vibes

A designer can turn a clear brief into a site. They cannot read your entire business history from one blurry logo and a sentence that says "make it premium."

Before hiring, write your offer, audience, top services, proof points, desired action, and any examples you like or hate.

Gather the assets

Collect logo files, brand colors if you have them, staff photos, product photos, testimonials, service descriptions, contact details, social links, and login access for your domain.

The fewer files that arrive by random chat message at 11 PM, the better everyone behaves. Humanity deserves this.

Decide who approves

If four people approve the homepage, name the final decision-maker before kickoff. Otherwise every revision becomes a small parliament.

Fast projects need one voice. Bigger projects can carry more process, but they should admit that upfront.
