Check the path
Click every CTA, submit every form, open every calendar link, and test the mobile menu. A launch is not real until the buyer path works.
Do this on phone and desktop. Your laptop is not the whole internet.
Check the search basics
Confirm title tags, meta descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap, robots.txt, image alt text, and clear headings. These do not guarantee rankings, but missing them is avoidable friction.
Submit the sitemap in Search Console once the site is live.
Check the trust basics
Add a real email, social links, proof, testimonials, process, pricing clues, and FAQ. Trust is built by removing suspicious blanks.
If a buyer would ask it on a call, the website should probably answer it.
